Effective: Enrollment Date (Draft v1.0)
Business Review Draft
The following content is a BUSINESS DRAFT provided for administrative review. It outlines the intended governance of the Nagai Seettu scheme and must be vetted by MG Jewel legal representatives before launch.
1. Nagai Seettu Enrollment
By enrolling in the Nagai Seettu scheme, the member agrees to make monthly contributions as specified in their selected Blueprint. This scheme is a savings facilitation program intended for the purchase of 916 hallmarked gold or pure silver jewellery upon maturity.
2. Installment Schedule
Installments are due every thirty (30) days from the initial enrollment date. MG Jewel provides a manual payment portal for all contributions. Failure to pay within the specified grace period may result in the loss of gold-rate protection.
3. Maturity & Rewards
The maturity reward (e.g., gold coin, making-charge waiver) is authorized only upon the successful verification of all scheduled installments. Gifts must be collected in person at our flagship showroom with a valid reference identifier.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Members may request a cancellation of their scheme at any time. Refunds of principal contributions are subject to the Refund Protocol active at the time of request. Initial enrollment fees and transaction processing charges are non-refundable.
Legal Jurisdiction
"These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the Nagai Seettu scheme shall be resolved via the primary jurisdiction of the Ontario courts."
